The Corporation’s focus is specialty equipment rentals and service. With corporate headquarters in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada; site offices in Morinville, Edmonton, Drayton Valley, Whitecourt, and Grande Prairie, Alberta; and Fort St. John, British Columbia, Enterprise is strategically located near its customers. The Corporation’s strategy is to acquire complementary service companies in Western Canada, consolidating capital, management, and human resources to support continued growth.
The Company’s customer base includes some of the largest energy operators in Canada such as Suncor Energy Inc. (NYSE: SU), Canadian Natural Resources Limited (NYSE: CNQ), Cenovus Energy Inc. (NYSE: CVE) and others, as well as some of the largest energy companies in the world including Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX), Shell plc (NYSE: SHEL), ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP), Petroliam Nasional Berhad (“Petronas”), China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (“Sinopec”) and others.
